Warranty Card Description
Our company promise that the guarantee for our whole shower room is two years. The guarantee of the electric equipment part is one year from the purchase date list on invoice or the receipt. Any problem result from the products quality problem or the process of producing, please contact the local dealer for free repairs for you. If the customer used improperly or the product out of the guarantee, we will charge the maintenance costs by case.
Under the following circumstance we will not be responsible for the maintenance .
1. do not follow instructions properly installed, modify the product itself!
2. Improper maintenance and maintenance, or the damage caused by personal season
3. Heat-treated glass is broken after used. 4, invoice or receipt is missing, failed to prove date of purchase.
